Providing Everything You Need

Introductory Session

The Creighton Model Introductory Session is your first step in understanding your fertility and cycle health. During this session, we review the basics of anatomy and physiology, give you an overview of the Creighton Model System (CrMS), and teach you the steps to begin reading your biomarkers.
 

Follow-Up Sessions

The follow-ups are private, individualized sessions that help you grow in confidence with your charting. During the follow-ups, your Practitioner will continue to expand on the teaching that was done at the Introductory Session, and review your charting.

The Creighton Model System is ideally learned over 8 sessions within a year. The first follow up sessions occurs every 2 weeks after the Intro Session for 8 weeks. The last 4 follow ups occur spaced out over the remainder of the year depending on your needs.

(Attendance at an Introductory Session is required prior to scheduling a follow-up appointment.)
